Nice overview of some interesting ’social music’ sites
As you will know music is one of the main currencies of Web 2.0 and there are lots of start -up’s emerging in this space with some very interesting business models. I’m a long time user of emusic for when I’m feeling legit (which is often as I have a monthly subscription) and allofmp3 when I wanna feel like a desperado! (which is also often as they have a bigger catalogue than emusic).
Though you’ll never find me straying toward DRM laden iTunes for my download fix. Nope.
So it ’s always interesting when a good resource comes up with a handy overview of some established and new entrants to the music market.
