Seems the natives are getting restless on Second Life, there are increasing reports of cyber muggings, vandalism and violence. They are undoubtedly upset about the growing bumbers of traditional businesses like Sears setting up shop. Having said that the most recent example, whilst amusing’ish, does seem to have a slightly ominous implication for democracy on SL. Senator John Edwards has had his cyber soap box vandalised check out his blog here . This is a growing cautionary tale for all those individuals and businesses who think SL is simply an interactive web site inhabited by strange looking people.
